Funds for this RFP are available through a grant from the federal Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight ("CCIIO") under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ("ACA"), and are contingent upon continued federal support for this promotion. Due to grant limitations, only proposals of $60,000 or less will be considered.
