The Attorney General of Maryland is inviting attorneys experienced in the field of labor law, particularly in the representation of management in the public sector, to submit proposals outlining in detail their ability to serve as assistant labor counsel to the Maryland Department of Budget and Management on legal matters in connection with collective bargaining. Particular needs and requirements of the invitation are contained in the Request for Proposals ("RFP"), and the Attachments, which may be downloaded from the Office of the Attorney General website at www.oag.state.md.us  - click on the heading "Request for Proposals."
