Attorney General Frosh's Consumer Protection Division provides mediation services to consumers to help resolve complaints against businesses and health insurance carriers. In 2014 the Consumer Protection Division received 10,322 complaints from Maryland residents and through its mediation efforts helped those residents obtain $7,115,620.95 in financial relief.
