Consumer Protection Division Grants Hearing Regarding Cease and Desist Order Against Contractor

BALTIMORE, MD (January 22, 2009) - Attorney General Douglas F. Gansler announced today that a hearing has been scheduled regarding the Statement of Charges and the Cease and Desist Order issued by the Consumer Protection Division against Kenneth F. Reed.
