Maryland Attorney General J. Joseph Curran, Jr. announced today
that a Criminal Information has been filed against Kathy Joenell
Robinson, of Belvedere Avenue in Baltimore, in the Circuit Court
for Baltimore City.
The Criminal
Information charges Ms. Robinson, 41, with one count of felony
theft in connection with her former employment as a Fiscal

and Management. It is alleged that between April 4, 2005 and May

proven by the State beyond a reasonable doubt. The case was referred
by the Central Collections Unit, and investigated by the Attorney
General’s Criminal Investigations Division and the Maryland
State Police.
