PRINCE GEORGE’S MAN INDICTED FOR ILLEGAL DUMPING

Baltimore - Attorney General J. Joseph Curran, Jr., announced today that a Prince George’s County grand jury indicted a Mitchellville man in connection with extensive illegal dumping activities occurring on land adjacent to his property.

William Wiley Rodenhauser, Jr., 54, was arrested and charged with 25 counts of causing and permitting littering for commercial purposes between August 2000 and January 2001. If convicted of the charges, the defendant could face up to five years in prison and/or a $25,000 fine for each count.

All defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
