CURRAN ANNOUNCES FLIPPING INITIATIVE AT PRESS CONFERENCE MONDAY Baltimore - Attorney General J. Joseph Curran, Jr., will announce his education outreach initiative to combat real estate flipping and predatory lending at a news conference on Monday, October 23 at 1:30 p.m. at the War Memorial Building at Gay and Lexington Streets in Baltimore. Curran is expected to be joined by Baltimore City community leaders, housing and lending experts from the public and private sectors, as well as victims of flipping and predatory lending.
