A Sales Representitive can register:

• by printing and completing the:
  • Application to Register as a Home Builder Sales Representitive
  • and when required, the Legal Proceedings Form

or

• by calling the Home Builder Registration Unit and requesting that the forms be sent to you. In the Baltimore area, call 410-576-6573; state-wide, call toll free 877-259-4525.

Send the completed forms along with the registration fee of $200, payable to Office of the Attorney General, to:
